This helps your shop become a business that consumers can trust to help them with their future troubles. If they are not able to fix the issue it gives you the opportunity to have them come into your shop and pay for your services. It also helps to inform your customers of specials or coupons that you are currently advertising. ### Customer Loyalty Programs You can have cards made up and for every five oil changes for instance they get a service discounted, a free oil change or a free tire rotation. This helps both you and your customer, so it is a win-win. You can also implement a program for customer referrals and reward them with a free oil change for referring a certain number of customers. Summer is the perfect time to cash in on getting more customers in your shop to spend money on necessary services before taking long trips across the country.
